Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)

We offer standard delivery across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the following countries: UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and the United States.

Estimated international delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and local customs clearance. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Bee & Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at beeandbeauty.bd@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
